I have a excellent condition Krinker Plinker sbr kit. I just got this and found a different 10/22 I want so this needs to go. It's the complete kit and it will come with a metal ruger trigger group. So all you need is the receiver an bolt to make it bang. And because there is no receiver I can ship directly to your door. However once built this will be a sbr and all NFA an ATF laws apply. The build quality on this kit is fantastic, the folding stOck is rock solid. I'm looking at buying a 10/22 with a green mountain barrel an target stock, so if you have a similar setup i will swap my kit for your stock an barrel.
