When I saw the booth at a gunshow, I watched the video and listened to several people discuss the SSAR-15 sliding stock.
I had to make myself leave the gunshow to think about it. $350 is a lot of money for a AR15 stock, however its not any ordinary stock . . .

The following links are two Frost and I shooting a stock AR with the SSAR-15 stock on it.
Bottom line is it works as advertised. I highly recommend anyone who wants one to get it sooner than later.

I really thought about getting one but that is a lot of money for a stock. How hard was it to dump a mag with it?

It was easier than you would believe to do mag dumps.
My only regret was I didn't have more ammo with me.

They are pricey but most big boy toys are.
Are they as good as a select fire receiver or a dias?
Nope, but they are still fun.

Pops, I can't get the videos to play on my iPad whats up with that?

You can get the same effect with a JP adjustable trigger for less than half the price.

Looks like fun. do you like it? I would think it would only be used for the range and could serve no other purpose...what do you think?

They are fun.
Big Boy Toys is what they are.
I don't see them as something you would use in a defensive situation.
Select fire IS the way to go IF you can afford it.
Unfortunately most people can't afford fifteen thousand for a select fire AR.

Select Fire is the way to go if you can afford to feed it!!! LMAO Hints the reason mine has sat in the safe after the first two weeks cause that's when I ran out of 1000 rounds and it ain't every two weeks that I can drop $265.

This thing is a lot of fun. I can't afford to shoot it either. I never thought for a minute that I would not put the original stock on the rifle most of the time, but on those weekends when ya need a little Concussive Therapy . . . And you can't get to the spa . . .

I just got one a few weeks ago in a package deal for an AK47 and a AR15 with a slide stock and flare launcher. The slide stock is fantastic. Easy to control and fires like a dream. The way it's designed the recoil action allows for great control of the muzzle when rock'n and roll'n. I'm no stranger to full auto fire and this impressed me. The price is the only downfall about the stock. If I find another one at a good price it's mine!
