I just called My buddy Shane 361 and he is going with me...He is ready to break in that Digital Camo job Henry did on his AR...

We will be at Boggy Head around 9:00....see you then.

I needed to chrono some loads in the 300BLK upper and it's been too busy at BH to do that. Sooooo M16MANIAC and I went to some private property to test fire & sight in a couple of things today. I'm pleased to say I've found a couple 300BLK loads that look promising.

Have fun I can't make it even tho I'd love too. The wife will be upset if I sneak out to shoot again tomorrow. On top of that I have an out of town guest due in tonight.

Oh Sure Man....you two can go off by yourselfs and play.....but....when we want to go...you say....I can't come out and play today.....

Ok we understand....

Seriously though...glad to hear you are getting that Whisper dialed in...I want to see it run...

I hope my new build will fire a round or two... I replaced the gas rings last night and it feels a lot better...Will see tomorrow...

We had a good timeat the range today... My AR build ran great, and Shane's new Digital Camo job by Henry did great. He was just careful not to get the barrel too hot..

I shot Frost's new "race" gun...It is about the nicest Glock I ever dropped a hammer on..I would own a Glock that shoots like that gun...

I took the Mosin Negant and my SKS...Shane had never fired either of them...I don't think he had ever seen one...He fell in love with them. Loved the kick and 3 foot flames of the Negant, but, he loved the smoothness of the SKS. And, he loved how accurate both guns were...
I had problems with the AR with the 7.62 upper...till I got home and tore it down to clean it...Had the pin and spring from the buffer keeper system dropped down into the trigger...Oh Well. Back to trying to figure that one out...
Good Day..

I was really pleased with the way the Race Glock ran.
The sights are dead on.
Had a bit of fun with the Draco .

Your Kimber is almost enough to make me switch teams and go back to shooting a 1911.
That 7.62 AR is fun to shoot I hope you get the kinks worked out.
My son got a kick (literally) out the Nagant.

All in all an excellent day at the range.

Steve-Thanks for the trip out, great time! I def loved those two guns. Always veered away from them cause they are old and outdated...MISTAKE. Very accurate, very impressed!

Frost-Great to have met you and thanks for letting me also shoot a few of your guns! That Glock was a great shot and that 7.62 pistol(lol) was a blast to shoot!

Got some guys from work that are looking forward to the next visit out :D

The pistol is Shane361's M&P 40 cal.
Next too it is his New coated AR, then My 7.63x39 AR...then, My Negant, and laying on the bag is my new built AR-15...

My SKS or my Kimber was not in the pic...but, we shot the heck out of all of them..

Shane is a Navy Armor. He had never even been close to an SKS or a Negant...and, he fell in love with both of them...

I didn't shoot the 40 much. Was having too much fun with the rifles and rounds are cheaper for them! I ran the armory on several Naval ships and was the Small Arms Instructor for them. Now on shore duty I dont instruct and just get my fix with you fellas :D
