It was good.
I had fewer issues with it than with most Zombie movies.
The gore was tamed probably due to being on tv.
I didn't miss it.
There are a few inconsistencies but overall well worth the time to watch.
Knology has AMC in HD. I like the show and can't wait until Sunday when the cop sees his wife again (hey, it was in the previews). I guess it's just like any other drama series, but with dead people. How about them hacking up the zombie with the axe? That was awesome. For a TV series it gets pretty graphic.
I liked it for a Zombie movie. Now if they combined Quarantine and this one(where they are not dead, but have that severe case of rabies), it could be more realistic.
I mean...wouldn't rig set in and they can not move....seriously.
Rigor mortis starts to set in by about 3 hours after death, taking about a half day to reach maximum stiffness. After that it takes about 3 days to gradually wear off.
So I guess they might start off slow and awkward at first, then they get limbered up when they are good and hungry after a while. As a final note, I will never think of bunny slippers the same way ever again.
One thing I have noticed is they all seem to be sweating profusely.
People not from around here don't understand what a deep South summer is really like.
I wonder if that was an attempt at realism or if they just could not keep the actors cool?
Either way I bet the actors whined constantly. (I would have)
they should have made it up here, plenty of them Demokrats around to play all of them zombies. Then, we have to be creative since we have no firearms and sensitivity training doesn't seem to work as good as they thought. We wait until winter and stab them in the eye sockets with icicles.
Ok Raver now I need a new keyboard in the mail to replace the one I covered with coffee shooting from my nose after reading that.
(by the way I don't recommend shooting hot coffee from your nose it burns)
