The next generation of ammo is on the way

i found this article while news surfing today and it just kind of blows my mind. If this is developed we are looking at a quantum leap in ammunition. Of course it will probably be outlawed for everyone but military and law enforcement, but that seems to be the breaks of the game

The movie was called "Runaway" I think. They took out malfuntioning/dangerous robots..
