This is outrageous, after wrongly hassling this guy they cannot leave well enough alone & now are after him for what?!?!? This is the type of bullsh** that just drives me crazy.

where's the liberal media when things go wrong for a citizen carrying a fire arm?
Yea I know, that's not their job.

I'm more disapointed in the DA than the officers, since it is his job to look at it from a dis interested point of view.
He probably got his orders from a higher up in the government who is just a neanderthal who has risen to his level of incompetence.

It's not always like this, but it happens enough that many good citizens are genuinely in fear of the law.
I hope President Obama interviens in this incident and sets it all straight.
This could give a black eye to the policeman's union.

Mark was found NOT guilty, yesterday, October 27th, of both charges brought against him (Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Disorder Conduct Hazardous/Physi Off)
