Off Season hog hunting?

Anybody know where I can do some "off season" hog hunting? I'd be willing to join a hunt club if they had them.
Thanks.

You might consider scouting the FM forest. Plenty of hogs have been taken right down the road from Boggy Head.

Sure you can hog hunt in the FMNF. You'll need a WMA permit along with your hunting license. You must comply with certain restrictions on firearm types depending on the season and which WMA area you plan to hunt.
Check out the DNR website for the details.

Just looked at the DNR website, there is a hog "season" coming up in the FMNF the 2 -20th of March. I guess I'll have to take some leave and choot 'em.

Wambaw WMA, near chicken creek, heard some fighting last time I kayaked through that area, hopefully they'll still be there

Sour corn is working for us. I've got another 5 gallon bucket in the works right now.
Perhaps M16MANIAC could post some pic's of the pigs that have been dining on the stuff we've put out.
