Even though D.C. is almost entirely populated by boneheads, I don't believe every one of them will commit career suicide by supporting this.
Except maybe N.C.'s governer, who thinks we should suspend the next Congressional election so they can get stuff worked out without having to worry about campaigning to get re-elected.
