Mosin Nagant 91/30's can be bought just about anywhere for $80 and up so this one is a fair price considering the extras mentioned. There will be a gunshow in Ladson, SC this weekend (I believe) and one can purchase a reasonably priced Nagant there. but this one has extras plus ammo

this site will help you learn about these old war horses www.7.62x54r.net

Biganimal, thanks for the help, so how old would one of these be? From that link I am thinking 30's or 40's but I think I might not be understanding. Also am I understanding that ammo might not be easy to find?

I found the ammo cheaper online even with shipping. Receive 880 rounds yesterday.

How is the scope mounted to the rifle? did you have to drill holes or did you mount via an adapter to the rear site?
