Hey guys. Where to start. Two years ago the company who built my house came to do a repair on my dining room window, it leaked when the rain came from the north. Well, todays heavy rain proved they failed to properly seal my window. They went bankrupt and vanished, the HOA says I'm not covered by the 2-10 warranty, and legal fees to make someone repair it would cost more than having it repaired. I'm fairly mechanical and can do a lot of stuff but I have no clue how to removed enough siding to remove the window and either re-install it properly or have it replaced and installed properly. And I don't think I can afford to have it professionally done either. Can anyone recommend someone in the Summerville area for this kind of work? I just want to fix the damn thing and sell this house, i feel like I'm in an apartment. :x

Thanks,

Chris
