I have a Glock 23 and bought another barrel to shoot lead through.
It's accurate but has one problem....
It will not chamber any Magsafe ammo from the magazine. I've measured it on every point and it works in factory barrels. This happen to anyone else?

I have a LW 9mm conversion barrel for my 23. It works great but I shoot my own reloads so I can't speak to your issue with Magsafe fodder.

I have read about some Lone Wolf stuff being too tight and needing the chamber reamed in order to function.

The Lone Wolf barrel in my race Glock is pretty tight.
I had a reload fail to fully chamber and had to force the action open.
But I have two others that eat anything.

Might have something to do with the ramp angle?
Shape of the bullet?

Pull a bullet and see if the empty case will chamber. Measure the bullet and see if it's diameter is an issue, lead bullets are often sized up to .002" larger than jacketed. Perhaps these lead bullets are too large.

I measured another of my favorite bullets, Sierra 165gr HP and they're slightly larger in diameter than the Magsafes and have the same angle.
I don't get it.

Then I have no idea other than suggesting you polish the ramp.
When you figure it out be sure to let us know.

Match grade barrells are held to tighter tolerances that normal factory ammo. Occasionally there are problems with ammo going into match grade chambers because of this. Ammo is made according to SAAMI standards and the tolerances may be larger than match grade.

I hear ya, I've measured every angle with a caliper and it's correct.
I'll take Frosts advice and call Magsafe.
If your not familiar with their ammo look them up. Nasty effective stuff.
Can't wait to test it in gel soon. (In the factory barrel of course)
