How are they, I mean do you actually learn from them or do you just get to watch other people using ultra-cool ranges & scenarios that we could never reproduce in order to practice techniques shown?

they have some good info on them. I watched em the week before i took the defensive carbine class. jeff teaches the magpul techniques so it was really helpful.

I've seen them. I really enjoyed them, they provide good training with a level of humor and they also explain their thoughts behind why they do things. Like anything else of the sort you've got to take from them what works for you and discard what doesn't.

They get my vote though.
