I have been wanting a doublstack 1911 clone for a while now... errr, I guess it's a 1911 clone, quote, unquote. So I traded my Springer for a Kimber Pro BP Ten II, today. It came with 2 13 round magazines. For those that don't know, it has polymer frame.

I know, there are much better doublstack .45 ACP pistols out there, but there's just something about the width of a 1911 slide and the 1911 system that I just love.

Fitted holsters are a b%$ch to find. I've found only 1 paddle kydex holster specifically made for the gun. I know I can modify/stretch my 1911 leather holsters to fit the bigger frame/dust cover, so I may just do that.

Anyway, I don't have any pics of the gun yet, but for those who are curious, it looks exactly like this:

I have read about them and have seen pics, but, have never seen one of Kimber's polymer guns...

I think you made a good swap...I mean it is a Kimber...after all....
