Whenever I go to Columbia I always eat lunch at Hudsons Smoke House.
I don't eat sides but the meat is tender and moist with a good flavor.

I have never been there, perhaps the next time we meet up in Columbia we can make a point of checking it out.
I've been staying away from the buffets lately, but I can always make the occasional exception!

Hudsons is fantastic! Kelly's BBQ near Summerville is still cooking good groceries too.
