First off thanks to those that have served this country owes you a debt that cannot be repaid. secondly I didnt make this list but the website hosting it is getting bombarded today and cant dish out enough bandwidth to let everyone on. so here is the list of places where veterans can get a free meal. Also the Home Depot and Lowes are offering discounts for veterans today.

Applebee?s ? free meal, Friday, Nov. 11: Last year, Applebee?s served 1,024,000 million free meals to military veterans and active servicemembers. Just had lunch at Chili's and swung by Subway to get a sandwich for the fridge. Tonight I dine at Applebee's. This is my first time taking advantage of these offers and... good lord, the lines are long-as-hell. Such is life when you live near a base.
