looks like we're bringing the youngin' tomorrow in the early hours. Would be great to meet everyone who is going- I'll be wearing the boy child in a big black sling and Andrew will be wearing a green shirt that says "I'd rather be open carrying" in black.

Yeah, we're tactical like that.

I attended the show yesterday. Some dealers were bemoaning low sales but the guys with the good deals were doing well.My buddy Darrel who owns South Carolina Gun Company(SC Gun Co.)was doing a booming business under his big green banner for $119 Mosins.Right next to him was Bob of Upstate Armory who was very busy. His show special was a Plum Crazy lower at one hell of a price.I made him a wee bit busier by buying the missus a Glock17RTF.She had mentioned that she wanted one so who am I to disappoint her? Thanks Bob for a great deal.
I will attend Sunday also.I'm carrying around an unfired Hi Point .45 in a small black carrying case if anyone might be interested.

I spent most of Sunday at the show.I wound up trading the Hi Point for an NEF in 45/70.
Upstate Armory was busy as usual. Some dealers were still bitchin about poor sales.Guess what? These were the guys with the wayyyy overpriced items.Sometimes I feel like some of these guys are trying to retire on just one show.

Went Saturday am and it was very busy. Saw Bob at his booth but it was so busy I couldn't get to him. Like was said before, some dealers had prices that were way out of line. The ones with reasonable prices were doing business. I found some deals on reloading supplies and walked out with a bag full of powder and bullets. Sure would like to get my hands on on of the Saiga 12 shotguns before BATF decides we can't have them anymore. Saw several at the show in the 675-800 price range. Just didn't have the cash on me to buy one. All in all a very good show.
