Black Rifles Dis-advantage of non-chrome barrel?

Figured out today that I do not have a chrome lined barrel. Pro's? Con's? Jon at DPMS said they could have upgraded for only 35 bucks more. Oh well.

IMO If it was a duty rifle chrome lined would be better but for occasional use your ok with it the way it is.
