Hello all,
I have a Connecticut Valley Arms (CVA) Kit number KA742 - double barrel 12 gauge Black Powder kit. This is in the original packaging and unopened. Gun was originally purchased in the early 80's. This is a nice CVA kit. A few features are:
-Engraved Steel Lock, Tang and Trigger Guard
-Hooked breech
-Double Triggers
-28.5 inch barrels
-Brass Bead Front Site
-Rounded and Blued Ramrod Thimbles
-Steel Wedge Plate
The finished product would be beautiful even if you didn't want to use it as a shooter. A video link to a completed version of this gun is at the bottom of this post. Me and this particular gun are not in this video...as stated earlier...this kit is still sealed in the original box...this video is only an example of the finished product that I found online. Thanks for looking. (A store tag from J.C. Penney's from the early 80's is on the box - back from when J.C. Penney's was more of a "Sears" type store instead of simply a clothes store. I just thought that was interesting because you certainly can't buy gun kits from J.C. Penney's today.) Again, thanks for looking! ($150)
