Does the $50 Law Enforcement yearly membership include the allowance of a single visitor per range trip? My wife and I like to shoot together and I'm trying to find the most cost-effective range for us to use.

As an aside, how much does Gun Trader World charge per range use?

Honestly, I don't think you can get better value than Palmetto Gun Club.

Yes, it is more ($150 yearly, plus $500 sign up), but for what you get, it is worth every penny. If you volunteer 2 days a year (help with matches, maintenance days), I believe they refund $50.00.

I went today and it was "busy", meaning about a dozen people were there. I had a huge pistol bay to myself (tables for gear, shade, trash cans) with no waiting, and I almost went home to swap the pistols for a bolt gun and hang out on the 200 yard line for a bit. The way I see it, the first year costs the same as a new semi-auto pistol, and additional years costing less than 4 boxes of premium rifle ammo. Its open 7 days a week (event or maintenance notwithstanding), I've yet to meet a member who isn't super pleasant, and they even have bathrooms despite being outdoors.

The membership is seen as a "family" membership, and bringing wife and kids is totally allowed.

I joined about 7 months ago and my only regret is not joining years ago.

Yes, if you work your two days they will carry your fifty dollars over to the next year. We have special matches as well that you can work and get credit for that too!
