my experience is only with used GI and some new GI copies. they have all worked fine. couldnt say ive had a mag problem.
i wonder about those 60 and 100 rd stick mags that are really wide. do they work? and how about the Korean 100 rd beta mags for $120. do they last?

Heard lots of good about PSA's house labeled, D&H made, .223 mags. $10 you wouldn't be out much to try one

I like the plastic mags best...but, I have had a couple of lowers that didn't like them...

Last one I bought was from Palmetto Armory...

I had one of the 100 round drums. They are pretty cool for mag dumps....but, they are heavy as hell on the rifle. I had to use a bi-pod to shoot with any accuracy...

I have 1 40 rounder that came from P.A. also. It works good...

Bob at UAG had been to a gun show selling some aluminum mags for 7 bucks each. Andy and i were at his place the next day and he offered us all the leftovers for 5 bucks each.

Bob is cool.

Thanks man, I am blushing!!
I have some more NIB GI mags for $6.00 each if anyone wants or needs any. They are OK Industry mags with green followers. I think I have about 90 left.

If I wasn't cash-depleted and currently in posession of only one AR-15 I would buy all 90 of those NIB Okay Industries magazines from Silent Bob for $6 each. That is a hell of a deal on an excellent product.

Okay Industries makes USGI magazines for Colt and the DoD. They are a name recognized by AR-15 people.

I have 100+ aluminum magazines of varying manufacture along with 30+ P-Mags. P-Mags are awesome and excellent. Okay Industries is the same, just not as cool-looking.

Brand new, still in wrap, with green anti-tilt follower and for only $6? Buy. All. Now.
