Picked this up in a trade yesterday. Have not torn it down yet but initial inspection looks good. Much heavier than I anticipated.

I have an affection for small format handguns and anything in .45 ACP. The trades involved a couple of .22's so I am, at the moment, pretty pleased with it. I probably will not be able to get to the range until this weekend or sometime next week, to damn many projects going on.

Nice trade... I just traded off a Springfield Champion...It is just a little larger than yours. It was a lot heavier than I thought it would be...

I am like you...I love small pistols, and, .45's....

Be careful- You might like it small and compact but after 30 years of marriage things change - Opps we were talkin bout guns no wives right :lol:
