AA-12 Shotgun

It appears to be a very reliable and viable weapons platform when demonstrated in real life. The newer special fragmentation ammo for it is phenomenal in a fire support role. Such a weapon, especially with the higher capacity drum magazines, would be exceptional in our country's service!

They also have tested it out on a remote controlled tracked vehicle too. Nice to roll one of those around in front of a squad as point, eh?

Saw a video of that. It is more of an "up close and personal" weapon. Well with shot shell that is. Could you imagine have that in like WW1 or 2?

It would be a true Trench Broom in every sense of the word- either at long range with the special ammo or up close and personal!

Wow, that is a pretty cool conversion! Wouldn't want an open drum like that though, pretty easy to get fouled up I bet. Frost was the first to make me aware of the versatility of the Saiga shotguns. Amazing to see how much you can do with them, so many ways to convert them!

That being said, the AA-12 in mass production would be awesome- a win-win deal for our troops and LEOs at the very least!
